A limited number of spots are available for boat or trailer parking in the pool lot over the winter. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed.
RATES: $250 for members / $400 for non-members
PAYMENT DEADLINE: Usually October 15th. In the event of nonpayment, the spot will be assigned to the next person on the list.

DATES: Off-season usage is approximately end of September / beginning of October to beginning of May. Northcrest reserves the right to temporarily suspend parking privileges dues to facility maintenance and improvement requirements.
ACCESS: Users can access via gate lock combination. There are no snow removal services.
PRIORITY: Priority is given to members first. If demand exceeds capacity, spots will be assigned on a first come first serve basis or, if necessary, a lottery. (Past use does not ensure future use.)
