Group swim lessons run Monday, Wednesday, Friday for 25 minutes starting at 10am and 10:35am. Coaches will assess swimmers during the first practices and may recommend a change in practice group. Typically swimmers are grouped into Littles, Beginners, and Intermediates. Swimmers are encouraged to attend as many days as possible, but there is no minimum attendance requirement to participate in group lessons. Fees will not be prorated based on attendance, however. Lessons run as 2 two-week blocks.

LEVEL 3 Front kick, glide, and recover / back kick, glide, and recover / dolphin kick, glide, and recover
LEVEL 4 Rollover front to back and back to front / finning and sculling / kick and glide / freestyle arm technique
LEVEL 5 Side kick with breathing / freestyle with side breathing / beginning backstroke technique
LEVEL 6 Extended freestyle swimming / backstroke refinement / tread water / jump in and tread water / sitting dive / kneeling dive / standing dive
